Two day guarantee. Miss it, and this one is free. If the deadline is missed, the stringing service on that racquet is refunded, no questions and nothing to claim. It has never been needed.
If you are running late, nothing bad happens. The clock starts when the racquet is actually in my hands, so a late drop-off just moves the ready time by the same amount. Text me and I will tell you the new time.
Miss the window entirely? No charge, no drama. We pick another time. If you paid already the credit just sits on your account until you use it.
Pickups have a 15 minute grace either side. Traffic here is what it is.
